Wei Yang & Partners sponsored TCPA Annual Conference: ‘a Blueprint for a Better Planning System’.
Following the recent launch of the TCPA’s Raynsford Review of Planning, the conference focused on how to deliver better planning, better housing and better places, with high-profile speakers from the public and private sectors, including policy makers and politicians from national and local government, developers, consultants, academics, community leaders and many others.
Kit Malthouse MP, Minister of State for Housing gave the opening Ministerial keynote speech.
The Rt Hon Nick Raynsford, the President of TCPA, presented findings from the TCPA’s Raynsford Review of Planning, setting out positive ideas for creating the new homes and thriving, sustainable and well-connected places the nation needs.
Chairman of Wei Yang & Partners, Dr Wei Yang gave a speech about how the planning profession should be modernised and new approaches to planning education.
